Drowsiness, when upon eyes it descended,
Then in mind there'd been darkness.
River of existence, spilled in hundred streams,
I had not realized whereto will it wend.
With emotion tidewaters were overflowing;
They had been resisting gravity.
But I don't see on heavens the sweetness of moon;
Only by moon's halo had they been swollen.
An ebb tide came after life's flood;
The upstream water went far withdrawn.
I look on every side but have no power;
The moon had hauled me adjacent.
